I know you are all kinda rolling your eyes by now but...... many moons ago, when I first arrived in Thailand, I didn't know anybody - sooooooooo..... I signed up on a "hello everybody, I live in Thailand now" kinda website.

Weeeeeeeeeeelll, lo and behold, I have this WONDERFUL reply after many moons - from a VERY interesting character who also happens to be a 'world gypsy' - someone who I think is very cooool (even if just as a friend), BUT I can't answer his email cos I DON"T HAVE A CREDIT CARD (due to life circumstances in Thailand) !!!! - he keeps writing and writing to me ...... but must think by now I'm quite rude or vague.

How can I contact my gypsy prince? There MUST be a way to outsmart the CREDIT CARD ONLY dudes - I have PAYPAL dammit!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any suggestions most graciously accepted and I owe you a bottle of your finest if it works...........

Khall: write to the 'help'-desk* and explain your situation; they might come up with a solution. Maybe you can pay through paypal or other means.

* most websites have one; takes a bit of searching, but no doubt they can be of help.

Post a new entry on your site saying that you want your chap to email you his email address in the body of the message. Hopefully he will see it and click.

Good idea, although email addresses in full are mostly not allowed. But you can do it like:

contact: "khall at hottest mail dot com" (or similar)
