Does Anyone Can Help Me To Relocate?

Hello everyone

I am an Italian guy, hoping to relocate to Thailand with my Thai wife. I know that it is possible for my job, as System Administrator (permanent job), which can be operated by remote (distance working) from Thailand. This idea sounds good for me because I can still go on my italian permanent job and stay next to my wife in a beautiful country.

I’ve been trying to write my proposal of distance working to my boss. My problem now is that I don’t know how to make my proposal sounds good and reasonable!! I am so afraid that he won’t be interested or even refuse it if he does not obviously see any advantages in this proposal. DOES ANYBODY CAN HELP OR GIVE ME AN ADVICE …HOW I SHOULD PROPOSE HIM?

I do not mind even to lessen my salary as long as it can make my dream become true. Should I mention this in my proposal? Or Should I leave it open depend on his consideration.
