Koh Phangan - Outback Bar art

Have been a frequent visitor to this bar (located between Hadd Yuan and Hadd Rin) for a number of years - usually with a bunch of kiwi mates who are on their annual pilgrimage to Thailand.

When laying down in the bamboo space chairs chillin out after a pretty eventful full moon party years ago, I noticed the artwork on the ceiling - was fantasy type style with moons with faces. Noticed the signature was "DevoArt" - anyone know the origin/ name of the artist?

Most of the lads hail from a sea side town in Auckland (NZ) called Devonport - I suppose we quite liked the idea that someone from our home town was the artist (although I am aware there are a bunch of different Devonports scattered around the world).

Anyone have any ideas? Just curiosity.
