Better yet, start doing hyperextensions and other back/ab/butt/hamstring strengthening exercise and you won't have any need for those charlatans...

I've used Garnett Symonds in the past and thought he was good. Off Sai Yuan as well. He has a website. You need an appointment as his hours are ad hoc.
