Thai gov. to tax (remitted) income from abroad for tax residents starting 2024 - Part II
Yes, I have asked before and gone around to my local tax office several times and also the very many so-called experts and it seems no one knows what is happening and are these 2024 forms (if any) and some posts mentioning can use the pink Id card which has the same number of digits. I have been on the IRS sites and it seems very complicated but can anyone confirm, as it seems no one at all knows' If there are any forms where will they be available but we have no choice and wait and see. Thoughts, please and thank you -

Transfer car from my company to me - Is there a way to avoid or reduce VAT?
Having a story like the water damage (that I really liked) requires evidence such as a photograph, the tax officer wouldn't accept just a note in the sales contract. Given this I reluctantly accepted my fate and transferred the cars yesterday. Soon after the transfer, I received an indication that the tax office or the TRD now thinks I should pay 50,000 per car and not for both as my external accountant advise me previously when I started this post. I don't know the details yet, but it seems I just made one of my worst mistakes here and I am deep trouble....I think I need professional help and happy to accept offers in my DM. Note: I accept to pay reasonable tax but the absolute minimum that is possible with any legal trick. -

I agree with you 100% that we have a much more immediate need to learn more about our oceans I spent a good portion of my working career working in it and when I became to old I worked on it.I know about balancing risk and reward those folks weren’t engaged in anything of value other than bragging rights it was a dumb thing to do unfortunately they paid the price. -

Alcohol is not allowed in temple grounds, was this a home 'party' ? We paid 1k per person for my mates cremation for the food no alcohol, and the 3 day ceremony. 20 people attended. Actual funeral was 5K included in that 20K. yes prices can vary but even 100k would be too much. Who paid ? was it you ? -
