2 days late for 90-day reporting - Fine? Chaengwattana open?

Featured Replies

Non-immigrant B visa holder, can't believe I missed the report date. Will I be fined? And do I have to report somewhere else because of the protests? I had heard I might need to go some temporary office in Lat Phrao.

You have 7 days after report date without needing to pay the 2000 baht fine.

CW is open now.

Suspect you are on 1 year extension of stay based on employment from immigrations within Thailand.

A non-immigrant B visa entry only gives you 90 day permission to stay in Thailand, after that you have to leave the country for a new entry.

Thanks a bunch ubonjoe! thumbsup.gif PoorSucker, your suspicions are correct. Visa already extended for another year, just need to report every 90 days now - if I remember! whistling.gif

CW is open, but crowded, took me 4 hours for extension yesterday. Seems that people haven´t used the temp. office in Ladprao, but waited for CW to re-open.

rolleyes.gif Chaengwattana opened on Monday the 16th. of December

I did my 90 day report on the 18th .... no problem.

There are a small number of Thais apparently living (?) ..... sleeping ..... on the 1st (ground) floor where the Food Court .... long closed .... once was.

Other than that, it's all normal business as usual.
