Joining 2 Vcds Together

I recorded a documentary about the history of football last week in National Geographic on UBC.

I used my capture card to get it on my pc and burn to disc. Unfortunately I had to capture it twice because the frames froze after 37 minutes. The first 36 minutes are now burned onto one disk and the second part is burned onto a second disc. In total both discs take up a total of 43 minutes. Is there any sofware available in Thailand which will allow me to join the two files together and burn them to ONE disc? The data on both discs are DAT files
