Koh Sac. Khao means something completely different. It's just a small island, no accommodation. Pleasant place for a day trip. Popular with divers and snorkelers. Had a pair of resident dolphins last time I was there a few months ago.

Khao Sak is a mountain Surat Thani Province.

That is Khao Sok. smile.png

Ko Sak used to be quiet 10 years ago , now it's busy; hoards of tourists , with the usual Thai beach chairs, jet skis, and speedboats. There is still some nice coral off the main beach but you take a risk of being run down by a jet ski or speed boat snorklling there from the beach. The southern side of the island around the headland has some good snorkelling.
