Fascist, hypocritical farangs

How come so many educated westerners support the fascist "Democrat" party? Why do they keep re-iterating that the current government is corrupt when every single government that Thailand has had has been corrupt? How ignorant and simpleminded are these people? Can someone please explain it because I seriously do not understand.

I think everyone agrees that they are all as bad as each other.

From my point of view I think I am neither for nor against the democrats, I am just against the Shinwatra clan.

When I look at the big picture what I see is Thailand going one of two ways.

One way, that involves the Shins is the same way Indonesia went during the Suharto years.

The prefered way for Thailand is the way Singapore went the Lee family.

As much as I dislike Singapore, and as much as I disagree with the way things are done there, it surely is the lesser of the two evils.

But thats just me.

I also have voiced that concern, How could educated Westerners who grew up in Democracies, support a non-elected "Dictator" against the democratically elected government for Thailand?
