i would like to know some of the prices around the mid-nineties here in Thailand.

like prices for a:

pad thai

small singha

simple bungalow

a t-shirt

and so on...

i assume prices for sexual favours of all kinds might be of interest too?!

if anyone can remember, please post it.

and if u remeber prices of 1985 or even 1975, you´re more than welcome to add them too.

...which is a complete surprise to me here on TV.

When i first came here 23 years ago ,20 thai ciggies were 17 baht ,i remember paying 4 baht for a coconut ,a bar girl was 500 baht max all night and they nearly always wanted to stay with you for as long as they could ,short time was 200 baht and i can remember going off the beaten track to a bar with a local ,we left as the girls were so young . it really was a very different place to today ,no tourists except the single male kind.
