sticklee Posted January 2, 2014 Share Posted January 2, 2014 We have a group playing ball hockey and need more players!! We play every Monday and occasional Thursdays. Play is on a hard surface futsal court, Futsal Heaven, off Canal Rd. near Wat Umong. This year we have a team going to the Mekong Cup tournament in Phuket in March and a tentative 'friendly' planned with a Bangkok team on Feb 1. With the new ice rink at Festival, we are hoping a regular ice hockey game will be in the near future. We have been informed that safety netting and goals will soon be avauilable. All you need to bring is enthusiasm, age and ability are not important. We have hope to get a small league going, maybe 4 teams. Come out and join us, or just spectate. Games are 7:30-9:30 under the lights so the heat of the day is not really an issue.
