luckyluck Posted January 7, 2014 Posted January 7, 2014 Can a Thai national own more than one property.. I know they are only allowed to have one registered property my daughter in law was saying, but she is not sure about if she is allowed more than one or putting another house in another family name. If she is allowed more than one after the 5 years does the exemption of business tax also apply. Thank you
Mario2008 Posted January 7, 2014 Posted January 7, 2014 Yes, and many have more than one property. Nothing wrong that and certainly not aganst the law.
Tywais Posted January 7, 2014 Posted January 7, 2014 I know several Thais that own multiple properties. Usually live in one and rent out the other properties. Unless I'm missing something in the question.
luckyluck Posted January 10, 2014 Author Posted January 10, 2014 Thank you for replying.. I will pass on info .. Kind regards
iluvbeaches Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 You are only allowed to be registered to one house book or residence. Maybe that's what she meant.
