I would think that at the Chula Books bldg (in Siam SQ at the back ... big midrise ... or at Sala Kioh inside the Chula campus you would find some ....

or at Silpakorn Uni ... right across from the Grand Palace (btw they have a free art gallery there ... and a great place to buy art books cheap .... Can always ask there for what is BEST in town

The best shops for art supplies in Bangkok are at Ti Petch Rd. closed to the Memorial Bridge (Saphan Phud). Looking from the bridge, a few hundred meters up are a few shops on the right side of the road with not too bad of a selection.

I recollect that the department store in Siam Paragon, possibly 2nd or 3rd floor, has a stationery area with a vast array of artists materials.

My Partner mentioned the place in Paragon too .... i'd try by the Uni's first .... great eye candy (see the School uniforms thread) and the chances are they'll be less expensive
