Hey Guys, we have just bought a 7 year old Cheverolt Optra 1.8 LT SS and it is really greedy on the benzine, so we are thinking of converting it to LPG. it has a real big boot, so we dont mind sacrificing some of that. we live in Hua Hin, but have been told maybe we are better to go to BKK to get the conversion done

can anyone recommend a good garage in BKK area where we can get it done please?

also, what is a good system to install into our car, and approx what will be the cost?

A conversion costs between 20-40k. Make sure it is an approved installer. You have to get a certificate which will be used when you pay your tax.

    have you used this company before Dan? where are they based?

    i couldnt gauge much from the site as i cant read thai, but will ask the mrs to take a look later
