I hope someone can help, I have just received all the documents from my school for what I believe will get me my Non Immigrant Multiple Entry B Type Visa in Penang. I have been given:

A - My contract of employment

B - A letter to immigration requesting my tourist visa be changed to a NON IMMIGRANT VISA

A couple of questions:

A - Am I not supppose to have a letter from the labour department

B - Should the letter to immigration above specifically ask for a Non Immigrant Multiple Entry B Type Visa and noy just a NON IMMIGRANT VISA

Should have as well a copy of the license of the school. Copy of corporate documents; namely list of shareholders and business registration and business license, affidavidt of the company.

Doesx not matter if you get a "O" or a "B" You do not need a letter from the labor dept in Penang for a 90 day visa. If its a one year multi entry then you would need this WP3 or return later with your work permit.
