junkofdavid2
Hi guys, does anyone know the situation INSIDE the BTS Skytrain at the moment? Is it crowded? Or, should even the BTS be avoided?
balo
Just dont bring in any balloons and you'll be fine.
FalangBaa
Well, the temperature inside the train is at least 10 degrees C cooler than it should be to feel comfortable, so you certainly can't say the situation is starting to become overheated. But that's hardly news.
SailingHome
less crowded than usual, even approaching Siam. Great day to shop... empty city compared to normal
celso
It was rammed at 8pm when all the shopping centres closed, huge queues inside and outside of the ticket barriers. Came back an hour later at 9pm and it was very quiet.
Crossy
I know it's dumb advice, but keep your stored value cards topped up whenever you see a ticket office with no queue, those mega queues can be tiresome.
Curt1591
Did is short ride this mid-morning, Ploenchit, to Phrom Phong. Lighter than normal. Piece of cake. Earlier, caught a taxi, from St. Louis, to the US Embassy. First taxi took the fare and we drove straight up. Had no problems at all. This "shutdown" seems to be a real boon to those who need to get around town!

I bet that got messy.
