TASKS AND DUTIES

• Create leads via networking, campaign follow up and cold calling
• Follow up to sell Websites, Apps, SEO + Social Marketing + Content Marketing services, etc.
• Work with directors to prepare detailed service proposals according to company specifications and rate sheets.
• Meet new/existing customers to receive briefs and present progress updates and deliverables.
• Convey client needs to the creative department in order to sell new services, and protect and increase existing revenue streams.
• Manage project delivery in accordance with company practices and procedures by using CRM and project management software.
• Follow through and manage collection of due revenues.
• Handle clients’ complaints and inquiries should those arise.
• Run a busy schedule of sales contacts.
• Perform to meet deadlines and company goals.
