Nakhon Pathom or Kanchanabury Immi ?

Concerning 90 day-report:

Living in Ratchabury province, so Nakhon Pathom would be "my" Immigration Office.

But Kanchanabuy would be so much closer for me. Could I do my 90 day report in Kanchanabury?

Unless you can come up with a good story they will tell you that you must go to Nakhon Pathom. Actually the distance is the same if you live in Ratchaburi city.

I would also recommend mailing it. I only go to NP immigrations once a year for my extension and a reentry permit. All 90 days I do is by mail with no problems.

You need to do it where you did your extension unless you can show and prove an address where you would like to report.

Do they accept mail in applications in Nakhon Pathom? If they do that would be better than making the trip.
