I see many banks offer apps to access your account are they safe and worth using.

Apologies if this has been asked before I did try a search with no luck.

I use the SCB app, works fine, pay bills and tx money just like the PC version. Is it safe? No idea.

Android security is known to be very poor, doubt if Apple is much better. A brief bit of Googling eg. "smartphone bank security" should give a good idea. I feel it is a very risky thing to do.
