Cambodia from Swampy

Featured Replies

If the wonderful Thai people are still in the streets when we fly in this Spring...

  1. Can we buy a ticket in Suvarnabhumi and fly out to Cambodia from there?
  2. Can we get a visa on arrival? (Thai wife with US citizens)

head to Don Meung an fly air asia

or stay at swampy and fly thai airlines for 3x the price

visa on arrival for u ( $20 plus 1 photo)

15 day visa exempt for ur thai wife if using her thai passport

Shouldn't be too bad to get to DM. Worst case, like said above, fly Thai Air.

What airline are you flying? If you're on, say, EVA and transit through Taipei, you might be able to get your ticket changed to fly straight to Phnom Penh from Taipei and avoid Thailand altogether. The change fee would most likely be less than a ticket from Swampy to PNH on Thai Airways or Bangkok Air, and less hassle then getting over to DMK to take Air Asia. Many other airlines fly straight into PNH, for example, Korean Air, if you're transiting through Seoul/Inchon...

Thanks for the info folks! I still miss Don Meung. 2 weeks is all we need; PP and Angkor Wat. We're coming via Narita.

I tried Nok Air once and gladly paid the extra for Thai Air and Bangkok Air after that experience.
