Last week I lost access to my Yahoo mail account.

It would not accept my password and going in via the browser I was unable to reset the password.

I ended up creating a new account and having to e-mail everone with the new address.

Mind you, it did stop all the SPAM.............

Once. I contacted Yahoo support and gave them my YahooID name and birthday. I got a temporary password.

A secret question, too. I did with one of my accounts.
