I have to transfer some money to a foreign national in Thailand yet they have no bank account here. I know that Western Union only works internationally so that isn't an option. Is there a domestic version of that or a system where I can make a cash deposit with a bank to be transferred to another branch where they can pick it up with their passport (I have those details).
