CNBC continues scaremongering re China

Bit of an oldie-but-goodie in Oz - it was the 'Japanese buying up QLD' back in the 80s, but I find this claim interesting:

More than half of all Chinese multimillionaires have either left or plan to emigrate, according to surveys.

Presumably, said 'multimillionaires' are fleeing an impending financial Argmageddon in China, but if that *is* the case, surely they are bright enough to realise that a country which relies on resource exports for a large proportion of it's wealth is going to suffer from said Armageddon ? Personally, I would have looked a little harder at Singapore if I had that kind of money
