Hi guys. Hope you're doing well. I'm looking at options which will give the wife an income, and this is one of them. However, after trying to make sense of the Thai FDA site and trying to contact the FDA directly to no avail, I have realised I will need to get advice either from a lawyer or someone who has first-hand experience. I'd rather avoid getting involved with Thai lawyers just now, so here I am...

What exactly are the requirements to produce and sell your own soaps here? I see mention of 'non-restricted products' on the FDA site, but it doesn't elaborate.
