Fruit Tree Market at Wat Yan

Featured Replies

For those interested, there is a big market on at Wat Yannasangwararam at the moment

specialising in fruit trees as well as other garden stuff.

Nice to go walk around and see even if you're not buying.

Ends on Sunday and, I'm told, open until 8 pm.

Wow...thanks for the helpful directions! Not everyone knows where Wat Wherevernavaran might be located or has GPS location navigation systems in their vehicles and phones.

That's a great outdoor market with plenty of good deals! I've bought thousands of plants, trees, and other gardening/outdoor stuff from there over the years. And it's not just fruit trees, it's all kinds of trees! Even outdoor wood furniture. It's a once a year thing around Valentines Day.

You are correct. This year it ends this Sunday February 9, 2014. Normally it ends on the Sunday just after Valentines Day. For some reason, this year it's a week early.
