I would definitely not call this the middle but quite a low score if you are nr 130 in a list of 180. Might just be outside of the middle if you consider the middle 90 and 30 above and below so 60 to 120 is middle everything else would be bad. One thing that would really benefit this country would that those crazy libel laws are changed and more press freedom to expose corruption..
