I understand from Thai food vendors at the market that attempted non-payments are currently a major problem. The scammers create fake payment screenshots, sometimes editing in the correct recipient using Photoshop. They scan the QR code, tap around on their phone for a bit, then show the vendor the doctored screenshot. Because the market is often busy and noisy, sellers may not hear the payment confirmation sound on their phones. As a result, many now connect a speaker to their phones to ensure they can hear when a payment comes through. It's possible the Russians had prepared such a fake payment screenshot in advance and had to negotiate the price to match what was shown in their fake proof of payment. -

Rediculous. Without an opinion, you have no idea when someone might be blowing smoke. If you told me your pickup got 10km to the liter, I would believe that. If you told me your pickup got 100km to the liter, I would not believe that. I would not call you a liar, but I would ask you to support your claim. So, when I see your claim that 70% of girls are molested in school before they are 18 (as I understand molestation) I do not believe you. I did not call you a liar, but I did ask you to support your claim. You refused to support or rescind your claim, now I know what you are.
