Problems When Adding Files Using Google And My Hotmail Account...

Featured Replies

Hello there,

I thought I'd know something, but realized that I know nothing. Alberst Einstein's quotation fits to my situation.

Any time when I'd like to attach a file, of any type, it doesn't work. Even a tiny windows office 2010 file doesn't upload. I'm running Windows 7, the 32 bit version of it.

Got kaspersky Internet security working pretty well and it doesn't seem to be a virus at all. Only Buddha knows that.Or maybe his mom.

Hope there are paople out there who know how to get rid off these little ghosts.

Thanks a lot in advance for any professional input. Please no CC cleaner tips.

I'm assuming your talking about browser web-based email (gMail, HotMail, Outlook.com, etc)

Probably a Javascript issue.

Have you tried other browsers?

Some browser extensions change/block javascript behavior.

Problem solved, but i don't know what it was. Deleted all cookies, cleaned up registry, defragmented the discs and all works perfect again.

Couldn't attach any files when sending an email through my hotmail account. Thanks and a good week.-coffee1.gif

Deleted all cookies

It was probably the chocolate chip cookies. They can really make a mess in there. tongue.png
