Why I am Hating the New Bang Tao Beach Club- Too Loud !

Featured Replies

I was up there today, not thinking about this thread, just enjoying the area.
And WOW! All of a sudden, there's this big white thing sticking out of the trees like it got dropped there for another world.

Doesn't fit the area at all.
What an eyesore.
Yeah, it would like fine in Patong, or Pattaya or even Bangkok.
But not at Layan National Park.
I can't imagine how much money someone had to pay to get permission to build that thing.

Oh well. Another concrete truck paves over paradise.

That whole area will be built up in a few short years. Just look at the construction on the left as you enter the nikki beach site.

And it's ALL NAt'l Forest Reserve. I think once the condo building goes up above Layan, we'll see massive pollution there too.

This building will be huge from the foot print of it

LAnd and State sold it, or changed their name to A... ? something (Aveeda ?) Hills. Probably about 100 rai of forest gone last year, and more these past few months along route 4018.

Or Bor Tor permit dept should be investigated for issuing these permits. Especially Nikki , it is way above the set back rules. Then the investigators can get their cut, though probably already been done- country is as rotten as it gets

So how long will lit be before this area is as bad as the southern areas?

Plan accordingly .
