This morning I recognized the speed is reduced again to Amazing 6 kb

Like a old analogue line !

The only good thing I can read sill online on tv read mails but open a website need 30 seconds!

Thank you to the wonderfull next gen 3G technology..post-114169-13929482712287_thumb.jpg

True Move H is mobile (3G) internet as I understand.

There have been many threads on the topic of throttling/capping.

Good luck in searching for a mobile internet tariff without volume capping.

I am aware of only one by ToT, with one "little hitch": the speed is generally throttled to 2 MBit/s.

Still worth considering.

To get back to full speed with True H, you will probably have buy some add-on package/volume (at least this is how it works at AIS).

Remember: mobile high speed internet is NOT the solution for heavy downloaders (films, torrents, TV streaming etc.) or otherwise very costly.

Compare with real high speed mobile flatrates (no capping/throttling whatsoever) in your home country (no * attached), if any.

Sorry, just noticed that I did not read/understand the thread correctly (did not read carefully).

Yes, 0.01 Mbps (10 kBit/s download) is reaaaaly slow.

Recently, due to an interrupted line (teared down by a truck), I used AIS 384 kBit flat for 14Baht/24h.

Comes via 3G but throttled, cheap and good enough for a day.

It worked very stable with the expected bitrate. My indicators even showed some "spikes" above.

Don't know whether this is technically possible.

But that is in upcountry (little usage of 3G internet in my area I guess, quite new also).

Here in the country no DSL avalible..,

This was aswer a year ago

or maybe I should say the award winning tot customer service was never so friendly to aswer mails or call back..

True hotline sees in computer that there is low network connectivity

But was also when I was on full speed , advice me reset network setting but still same super low speed

On PC cannot open any website iPhone shows it after a while

12 call 3G come next year dtac nothing

I think 12 call using like a edge plus

With for bundled 8 kb lines?

How I can activate the 14 bath 24 hour 384 deal on 12 call?

Pay for adsl to that home 400m from you and place your wifi ap with nice antenna into that house so you can use internet from them using another nice wifi ap with antenna as wifi client in your home.

For free, they wont share it but if you pay 500 baht a month (or less) they would let you use it.

Better than 3g any given day.

You need an AIS 3G SIM and 3G (!) coverage in your area.

Then send the following (USSD) code:

*777*33# <send/call>

I had an "old" AIS 1-2-call SIM, which can be converted to the AIS 3G SIM/network

(same number and call tariffs, some minor changes in sevice which were irrelevant for me).

Its possible on the internet (which I did) or probably(?) easier at an AIS/Telewiz shop.

I use the SIM with an aircard and see "HSPDA" connection (throttled to 384 kBit/s).

In Thai:

http://www.ais.co.th/3g-one-2-call/promotion-detail.aspx?language=th&type=net&id=39

Seems like there is a 7 day version for 69 Baht:

*777*731# <send/call>

The upper table shows the misc full speed data packages (volume/time based) with throttling/capping.

Worth a try?

I guess (!) they will all be throttled to 384 kBit/s after consuming the volume.

I am searching for the english version . . . to no avail sad.png

Hi there!

Thx for information !

Is this promotion based on allready exist end ground main package how much you pay every month ? Or is it a stand alone package withouth monthly coasts?

I recognizes that on true post payed service 1, gb has more then the double price 350 bath then on a true prepaid sim!

The dark side of the story you must apply at least for a 599 bath package

That your speed flat will be 384

On lower monthly coasts package it's even much lower within the flat is it the same on ais,?

I used that after converting to AIS 3G SIM (prepaid).

Not aware that I had a previous base package booked or used 3G before with this SIM.
