EyesWideOpen
I wonder if there are any nigerians who are not criminals? Do you have no shame? Guess Thailand has no shame either. A few years ago they placed a travel ban to Thailand on Nigerian people because of extensive criminal activities by them. Later on under international pressure they lifted the ban. I will see if I can find that link... Maybe there could be a problem.... http://www.punchng.com/news/20-of-nigerians-in-thailand-in-jail/ "One out of every five Nigerians living in Thailand is serving a jail term for drug related offences, Nigerian Ambassador to Thailand, Ambassador Chudi Okafor, has said." sirchai
Why are so many Nigerian here, while others have huge problems to be "legal" with their families, to support them, getting a visa and work permit, etc..... I had a strange experience when I had to go to Kurusapa, and was somewhere at Sukhumvit near Asoke. A woman held a bunch of child porn DVD's and showed that to mostly male costumers, while others tried to sell Indian Viagra, and other, I'd assume, illegal substances. I wanted to throw up, the kids on the covers were maybe 5 or 7. Oh god, what a weird city, I said tom myself. Should I call the tourist police. No way, they're part of it. I went to this woman and told her what a nasty person she was, but then had to run, as some helpers wanted to help me, but couldn't find me anymore. Then the woman help yourself tools, wide openly seen by everybody at this street markets. Between all these unbelievable strange stuff, a cop. Nobody had to hide anything from the cop, seems that one of the Nigerian guys must have had found a new customer, as they "communicated" through hand signs. Thought the cop would get it and be on their asses.. But no way. One Nigerian asked me: Wanna by samm cokainn, maan? I said that I'd only sniff Somtham and the conversation was over. The cop was just watching a farang smoking a cigarette and only waiting until he dropped it on the streets of this fantastic city. Then I watched the "conversation" : You break Thai law, you pay 2,000 baht. Okay 800 baht in his pocket was okay for all involved. Excluding me. Unfortunately, it seems much more understandable for all taxpayers. including myself, that cops let the guys deal ice, people sell strange child porn, medication for space cowboys and other nonsense, that's "usually" not allowed to have in your luggage, when coming to this wonderful country. Sell ice without the cream, child porn, sex toys, strange medicine for pregnant buffaloes etc..without a problem, supervised by a COP.\\ But don't even try to drop a cigarette there. Smoking kills. And I'm pretty sure that nothing has changed in Bangkok.- Edited February 26, 2014 by sirchai

Yep, and I do know of a woman from same country, but holding a fake Ghanaian passport, who made it to a teacher at Anuban XXXXXXX, in 2006. Always when she went to the canteen, she said: " I go eatt maisaelf nau." ( And she was huge.....) Sorry, for my off topic, but it seems that some couriers are trying to get employment after they'd delivered their stuff. Would we get only one beer for each criminal in Pattaya and Bangkok, we wouldn't have to buy our own beer anymore. pedro01
There are a lot of Nigerian dealers here. They arent necessarily bad people. Just look at the dump they come from and the opportunities they have there. Then consider the opportunity here. Relatively huge sums of money, lots of drug consumers, high prices and moderate risk. Its easy to be an educated westerner in a cosy job and look down on these guys but what if you were in a 3rd world dirt poor country with zero opportunity? Thailand is the issue as much as the nigerians as thailand is so corrupt it facilitates them. Even if these guys end up in jail, is it that much worse than home? MB1
Maybe this will get the users to think about where their drugs have been! I don't think drug users really give a shi* about where their drugs have been, as long as they get their fix they don't care.... Hiding drugs up the ass is a world wide known hiding place well known to the police, even in Thailand... I wonder where the phrase came from..." I Need some good shi* man"
