Former Pattaya Civil Engineer caught with class 1 drugs

PATTAYA:--A former Pattaya Civil Engineer whose employment was terminated due to suspected illegal drug use, was caught with class 1 drugs in the early hours of Tuesday.

Khun Pornsak aged 47 was seen by a Police Patrol near Big C Extra in Central Pattaya and he appeared to be acting in a suspicious manner which gave officers cause to approach and search him.

The search uncovered 3 bags totaling 2.34g in weight of the class 1drug Crystal Methamphetamine. He claimed to have purchased the drugs from an agent in Pattaya with the intention of selling them on for profit to customers in the Pattaya area.

Purchased the drugs from an "agent" ?? funny term to use. Dealer would surely be more appropriate.
