Hello my girlfriend and I are planning to move down to the Ao Nang area in the next couple of weeks and are looking for a rental for the next three months. . .We are at a lost as to how exactly we should approach this and was hoping you guys could help us. . . We are looking for at least a 2-bedroom place ideally within walking distance to the beach and bar scene. . . Our budget is around 20k/month but could be higher if we find a nice rental. .. .Lastly, we have a dog (black labrador retriever). . . Is it best to use an agent or should we just simply rent a scooter and look around? If so which neighborhoods/streets should we look down? Thanks
