March 4, 201412 yr Yes, you can apply for a new tourist visa in a neighbouring country. In Laos they even issue double entry tourist visas.

March 4, 201412 yr A triple entry tourist visa is NOT available at any nearby Thai Embassy/Consulate. Most will in fact only give a single entry if you are lucky! The only place to be sure of receiving a double entry visa is Laos.
March 4, 201412 yr You can travel over land to either Vientiane or Savannakhet Laos. You can find some reports here: Latest Reports Of Getting A Visa In The Region Nothing special is needed to get the 2 entry tourist visa. Just the completed application form with 2 photos attached, a copy of your passport photo page and Lao visa/entry stamp.
