They don't get paid, so they don't usually have concerns about money received or the work environment because they are trying to help through free labor, not make a living . They just stop volunteering if the situation doesn't seem worthy anymore, so I really don't understand the idea of them going on strike. What are they demanding before they will go back to volunteering?

March 5, 201412 yr Its impossible for a Ferang Workman not to Strike eventually, its inbred. . At least when a foreign workman goes on strike you notice a decrease in output not an increase in revenue.
