Back in the clapper you go.

You had your chance at freedom and you blew it in typical red shirt (can't keep our big mouths shut) fashion.

What is the betting that a succession of delay tactics are put in place?

Or possibly another two applications to the Montenegro passport office??

Why does this take so long? Why aren't they in court while parliament is not in session, freeing those defendants who are MPs with parliamentary immunity?

When the courts make any decision in Thailand it's always assumed they favour one side or the other.

So I guess the judges must be red after all. wink.png

Well if Yingluck has been removed by then, my guess is they will all do a runner rather than stick around and shoulder the consequences of their actions.

Why if they fail to comply with their bail conditions are they just not locked up...

Bet by the 18th April they are nowhere to be found or outside the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

In the Lanna PDR?

But they are Southerners like the rest of the red leadership. So will they get citizenship?

This could be seen as someones contribution to holding the prison population, which is bulging at the seams, in check.Of course, others might say it is someone looking for a early christmas package.

The only thing I see as more numerous than the press releases, leaked info, unnamed sources, of what actions are forthcoming, in this country, are the number of legal interpertation of Thai laws by those with virtually no legal experience, other than being on the wrong side of the law.

It's remarkable how many times these clowns can get away, and never face any threats by ex. DSI, but the opposition is constantly hunted by different police authorities.

Good that the country doesn't know any double standards. clap2.gif

They are co-defendants. This has kept both Jatuporn and Arisman from facing trial.

I wonder if these two guys failed to comply with their bail conditions.

One bail condition was that they must not do anything in any way to incite unrest.

They don't care bail conditions, they are under protection of the famous Thaksin "democracy"
