The hysterical reaction to claimed "separatism" by red shirt activists in the north has seen the military, always predictably hysterical in such situations, reverting to 1960s/1970s counterinsurgency language and methods.

The mutually-supportive quotes from both the coup-monger spokesperson, and police complaints by the military, clearly shows the collusion between the two.

It may seem odd then that the anti-democrats themselves have created their own separated domain in the center of Bangkok.

That said, what is the headline?....An anti-Yingluck one, even when she clearly states her opposition to anything to do Separatism..... Damned of you do - damned if you don't.

Besides, astute observers will realize all of this is in fact another fabricated issue and tempest-in-a-teapot, expressed with over-the-top self-righteous indignation by the coup-mongers and shadowy supporters, trying to obfuscate their coup-intentionism.

The anti-democrats have taken over Lumpini Park and have taken the law into their own hands, searching anyone entering the supposedly public park.

There have been numerous complaints that people being spoken to rudely, manhandled and theft. There have also been allegations of assault. Little of it reported in their supportive media.

Of course this is normal for the anti-democrat guards who are thugs and alleged military men.

The anti-democrats seem to have created an anti-democrat mini-kingdom in the heart of the city.

Above the law, the anti-democrats are still able to act with impunity.

The previous message brought to you by the Thaksin-UDD Cyber Warrior's Propaganda Bureau.

i.e a position that you don't agree with.

Why can't you lot just say you disagree with something, without all this ridiculous posturing about propaganda? Say what parts (or all or of it) you disagree with and come up with a counter argument, not this childish, name calling, cop out.

Childish name calling highlighted in red.

Propaganda, let's go through the common techniques of a propagandist:

-Name-calling Already highlighted, add the constant "elitists" "coupist" "unelectables", etc, etc... that CalgaryII constantly repeats in every single one of his posts. His purpose is clear, to demonize the other side: they are against the Red Shirts not because of what the stand for, what they do and what they said, no, it's because they are coup mongering elitists that want to oppress the people, every one of them.

Glittering generalities "the Glittering Generality device seeks to make us approve and accept without examining the evidence"

For example... well, it's hard to pinpoint a single instance because pretty much the entirety of CalgaryII posts fall in that category, his continuous appeal to "electoral majorities" for example. But in the post in question I can quote this:

"astute observers will realize all of this is in fact another fabricated issue and tempest-in-a-teapot, expressed with over-the-top self-righteous indignation by the coup-mongers and shadowy supporters, trying to obfuscate their coup-intentionism."

He claims that the news are a false or insignificant, without giving any justification besides a string of name calling.

Euphemisms: "the propagandist attempts to pacify the audience in order to make an unpleasant reality more palatable. This is accomplished by using words that are bland and euphemistic."

For example calling the issue of separatism a "tempest in a teapot", well there's a separatist movement going on in the South and it is anything but a tempest in a teapot. He purposefully tries to downplay it as something inconsequential so it won't seem as such a bad thing after all.

And that's as much time as I have to dedicate to that post. Anyone with a grain of intellectual honesty can recognize CalgaryII as a propaganda mouthpiece. He will continue to spout misinformation, outright fabrications and tendentious innuendo to further his cause regardless of the truth, logic or morals.

Now for this part:

Why can't you lot just say you disagree with something, without all this ridiculous posturing about propaganda? Say what parts (or all or of it) you disagree with and come up with a counter argument, not this childish, name calling, cop out.

You are a hypocrite, whenever provided with facts and arguments that completely prove your position as being wrong you go mum, this is instance for example,, so don't lecture me about providing counter arguments and cop outs.

they would never allow it to be split in two ..Thaksins plan is to make Thailand a republic with separate states like the US...it would be spit into about 8 not only 2

We can not forecast what Thailand will do in this matter, it depends on the political elite do decide what will be best for Thailand.

They might allow some changes within the country and create a republic with several states like many other countries, US 52 states , Germany 16 states, Australia 6 states, Belgium 3 states, Switzerland 26 Cantons, etc ...

Should they like those aspects then they might go for 4 states, North, East, Center, and South.

From a tweet in the Thailand Live thread.

Suthep: Im warning u Miss Flower. Kingdom is always protected by sacred things. And things will happen to those with bad intentions to nation.

Gotta love the way he addresses them as Ee Tok (Miss Flower), Ai Khakhi Thaksin (slave of Thaksin - Chalerm) and Ai Hua Larn (Baldy - Surapong).

The "Miss Flower" translation a rather polite because, while it is not totally incorrect, there is also a double entendre with the Tok Thong (golden flower) which is slang for a hooker, usually a young and pretty one.
