Hi,
My partners thai passport has expired and she has just got a new passport.
Her old passport has her fathers surname.
Her new passport has her mothers name. (Same as her thai id card, nothing in new passport linking to the other ILR)
The old passport has the ILR for the UK.

Will this cause in problems when coming back into the UK.??

Does not have proof of change of name but has both old and new passport.

She will need some form of documentary proof of the change of name to show that both passports, and hence her ILR, do belong to the same person.
