On a corner across from Chang phuak bus station there is a shop that sells second hand bikes. They are all old Japanese bikes that come to Thailand in containers. In Japan they are considered junk. Sometimes there can be some interesting bikes amongst them but you have to get lucky.

Unless you can buy directly from somebody selling a bike you might not get good deal or a good bike.

Yes. There is a Thai chap selling and maintaining used bicycles on the inside of the moat near the corner of the moat-crossover opposite Amorn.
