namdocmai
Today i saw a grafted red durian tree for sale on chatuchak plantmarket. It costs 2000 baht and i have never seen one in Thailand, they grow on Borneo. Don't know if there are any collectors here but this is something special that you won't find easy. soidog2
Certainly different; from what I read they are very small, (Palm size) mostly seed, don't know what they taste like.
namdocmai
Certainly different; from what I read they are very small, (Palm size) mostly seed, don't know what they taste like. I also have never seen those in real but they should sell this one at the or-tor-kor market in BKK. Even when they are not nice (no idea though) i'm sure they can be sold there because they look great and special. If i was a farmer (or hand much land) i would grow something like this and many more foreign tropical fruits. Much easyier then growing rice or rubbertree's.
