No, not at all. In no normal country is a murder suspect allowed to walk free. They are held and then tried. In Thailand, if your shirt is yellow you can be indicted for murder, but you are allowed to decide when you might like to go to court, and if you are busy, no worries. On the other had, if your shirt is red, you can be thrown in the clink immediately, or your political party can be dissolved for illegal cooking. Hilarious!

Now the pawns are being trucked out and used for accusations in both directions.

Why would the anti-government protesters want to stick a label on their victims,

if they were doing this, it would be monumentally stupid to connect themselves to this

but putting their own protest items on the bodies.

But certainly their opposites, including pro-Shin police elements, would want them to

take any possible blame for anything, and muddy the waters, and make the books

seem to balance for the deaths most likely laid at their own feet.

Or the Bangkok mafias have found the perfect scapegoats for their hits.

Blame it on protestors. Easy to set up the police will make it easy to get away with it,

because it fits the narrative they prefer.

If we believe the front stories in any of these assorted accusations,

we do so at risk of our own credulousness.

Of course there is always a chance that the allegations are true, but that wouldn't fit into your cozy little black and white, dems are right, world , would it?

Yes, all attackers should be arrested. The problem is that all the available evidence points to soldiers (current or former) as those attacking protestors, and soldiers in Thailand are immune from prosecution. Also, the suspicion (not the certainty) is that all or some of the attacks have been perpetrated by the PDRC themselves, or sympathisers, who are trying to use violence to provoke military intervention (which was the whole purpose of the demonstrations). Whether true or not, this is what many believe.

Actually my world doesn't see the Dems as 100% right and the old school elite in their old course,

as the best course for Thailand. It does see the PTP as extraordinarily wrong,

Yingluck as out of her depth be many leagues, and continued expansion of the Shin Oligarchy

as a death nell for Thailands freedoms, well being and growth.

As with any properly made propaganda, there is some good mixed with the bad,

but having some good, does not remove the bad, nor make it's stultifying effects any less.

It just sows confusion, and papers over the destruction that is happening serially. By design.

Of course a good 'us against them', 'all for us or you are a national traitor' attack,

is also a co-mingled part to that same propaganda.
