FireMedic
AEDs are not illegal to have or use. Straight from the boss himself. I work with TRC on a regular basis and they are an excellent group. If you have a company and want your staff CPR trained or you want an AED feel free to PM me for details. Phuket lifeguards will be trained up shortly and currently have an AED in Nai Harn. download-1395039289141.pdf
NomadJoe
As further evidence of this, here is a recent legal opinion from Siam Firm Inter Laws. "A layperson can use an AED legally and you will not have any legal implications, but if you are a doctor then you will be legally liable." http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/741599-use-of-aed-law/?p=8103111&hl=%2Baed
