State rice stocks strictly controlled after smuggling reported

Life must be hard being a red, they have to read (that's even harder) every story before they dare to comment, where as the rest of us non reds can enjoy carte blanche.

Can't wait to see if the government is able to repay the B20bn to the central budget from rice sales by 31 May. Odds are long that they will repay only a small portion of that and blame everyone under the sun for yet another default.

Next round will be petitions for criminal prosecutions resulting from the losses caused by the rice sales.
