I usually hit the gym and work out while looking at my wonderful bronze muscular body in the mirror. It's tough, but helps ease the pressure.

I cant believe this is 100% correct. I currently live in west, I'm coming to Thailand soon for about six months, the last time I was in Thailand I dated a western woman. I have no intention of dating a woman I can't have regular and in depth conversations with, this makes it likely I will date western women this time round too. My concern is that western women will think I'm in Thailand for Thai girls.

Maybe I'm reading this forum too much.
