Uk iPhone 4 unlocking in Thailand?

Featured Replies

Hi all, I've got a uk iPhone 4 locked to Vodafone,

I was wondering how much it would be to unlock it for Thai sims or any sim for that matter, I'm the uk I was quoted 70 quid so hoping it may be cheaper here, anyone done this?

Thanks

You sure there's nothing outstanding on your account in UK? biggrin.png

Now, on a more serious note.

Vodafone (Aus) offers iPhone 5 for $800 payable in monthly instalments over 2 years plus unlimited calls to any phone in Aus plus $5 worth of International calls/month.

For some people like Thais it is FREE. I always thought Thai babies are born with a mobile clutched in their hand. smile.png

Not really sure on your replies, I don't understand them... Pretty simple, I have an iPhone 4 locked to uk Vodafone, I am giving my phone to a Thai friend as a gift however I want to get it unlocked for them to use on a Thai network, the phone is a pay and go uk phone which has not been stolen nor has any outstanding money owed to the network. Just wondering if anyone has unlocked an iPhone 4 in Thailand and how much I should expect to pay, thanks

Check out MBK , plenty of stalls there will do it, just browse for the best deal.

A Thai knows all about phones.

Your friend will know exactly where the unlocking service can be had !smile.png
