Warlock Posted March 25, 2014 Share Posted March 25, 2014 Hi, I planning to spend the songkran at koh-chang island. and if i already go there i would do my 90days run as well my question is does the border crossing at Ban Hat Lek / Koh Kong open as usual on 13th Sunday morning, which is sunday as well as songran day. also what time is it open in the morning?
