It's too long and tedious to go into detail. I've tried everything already to settle out of court. Just need to get the problem sorted in court now. Any recommendations for a lawyer?

I doubt they are reasonably priced, but Tilke and Gibbons represented a friend of mine in an extremely acrimonious and difficult divorce last year. He was very satisfied with the service, which involved tracking his ex-wife down and getting her to agree to settlement. It is not polite to ask him how much he paid them, but like I said, probably not cheap.
