The furniture and handicrafts fair is now on until 7th April

on the field at the rear of Tesco/Lotus and Kamtien Flower

and plant market.

Your chance to see what happens to all the confiscated

teak and other woods,(they never seem to catch anyone

in the act of felling the trees, but soon do when they are

transporting the dressed wood)

Prisons throughout the North have their tenants make

furniture and other wooden goods, which is sold annually

at these Prison Fairs, not sure who gets to keep the profits,

Just wish they would have some new designs,as the have

had the same ones for donkeys years.if you are looking

for some sturdy heavy furniture this is the place to go,

but although the labour is cheap the prices can be expensive.
