The issue with the EU on immigration is you could have Mad Merkel giving EU citizenship to all and sundry and after that they would legally be able to head to the more attractive UK where every group has its own "Little home country" due to Blair. IMO if it were not for Merkels actions the vote would have been the other way, IMO she swung it for the Brexit vote. -

hello i would like to know if it's possible to do a 60 days extension for being father of thai child after a 60 days visa exemption my 60 days will finish on 1 january and i want to know if i can ask the extension on 29 november because i will be with my child in that time or this is too early for ask thank you guy in advance -

Should I buy a condo or rent?
To me there is a right answer! Rent first, take it slow, when you do find out how many units are owner occupied how many owners aren't paying their monthly dues and what management or association is doing. They should freely provide you with a monthly statement as to what is collect and how it is spent. Renting allows you to see first hand units are dime a dozen, until you know don't bring all your worldly goods with you many later bitch and complain because they got too much stuff. Don't rent too high and try to obtain an end unit thus you only need to deal with one bad problem.
