Non imm O, a question about the 400,000BHT requirement

Featured Replies

Hi Guys, i'm renewing my non Imm O and i just went to get my bank letter, i had deposited the money in the required time and left it for over 60 days. But i went to get my letter today and when i printed my bank book in order to get copies of the latest page, i noticed there was a 200BHT auto deduction from my account by the bank for the annual account charge, this dropped me too 21BHT below the 400,000. In addition to this and with out knowing i had dropped below the 400,000 i had put in some more money a couple of days after the 200 was withdrawn so on my bank letter i am over the 400,000 requirement. So the question is will this deduction by the bank and my dropping by 21 bht below the 400,000 limit by about 24 hours affect my application.

Cheers

Ross

Probably, they are very strict with this extension. But you can get a 60 day extension and apply for a 1 year extension after that. Your money will have seasoned enough after the extra 60 days.

You can try. Perhaps they will be forgiving since it was a bank charge you had no control over.

As said you can apply for a 60 day extension to visit your wife and then do the one year extension.
